碳纤维束丝体积电阻率测试方法的研究

摘    要:使用电化学仪,通过两种电阻率测量方法-线性扫描伏安法和交流阻抗法,对高强型碳纤维(T300、T800)和高强高模型碳纤维(M40J、M55J、M60J)进行体积电阻率的测量。将所得结果与数字式微欧计测试结果进行对比,探讨了不同测量方法得到的数据的差异以及样品规长对测试结果产生的影响。实验结果表明:线性扫描伏安法和交流阻抗法与微欧计得到的各试样的电阻率值差异较小;由于接触电阻的存在使得试样规长对电阻率产生影响。通过对不同规长样品的电阻进行线性拟合,可以消除接触电阻,获得更准确的电阻率值。

Abstract:This paper describes methods for the measurement of the resistivity of different carbon fibers (T300 and T800 in the T series as well as M40J, M55J and M60J in the MJ series). Two methods, linear sweep voltammetry and alternating-current impedance, were used to determine the value of the electrical resistivity of every sample. The effect of the gauge length on the resistivity of the carbon fibers was evaluated. The results showed that there is no significant difference between the two methods when using a digital micro-ohmmeter. More accurate values of resistivity can be obtained by elimination of the contact resistance after a fitting process for the resistance of different gauge length samples.
