摘    要:针对玻璃材料内应力的测量,提出了一种采用磁光调制技术,进行高准确度的应力双折射检测的新方案.该方法原理简单、测量准确度高.采用琼斯矩阵法分析了该方案的理论推导,并提出了当被测量样品较大时,提高测试效率的两种可行方法.

Abstract:Aiming at measurements of glass material inner-stress,a new high precision measurement method is proposed using the Magnetic-Optic Modulation technique for the stress birefringence.The proposed method has the strong points that simple theory,high precision and so on.The theory derivation is also given using the Jones Matrix,and the results show that the two methods to improve measurement efficiency are feqsible when the testing sample is much bigger.
