| Abstract: | By establishing comparison theorem and using the method of partial order and lower and upper sullutions, we investigate the existence of maximal and minimal sollutions of two-point boundary value problem of fourth-order ordinary differential equations, coming from the bending of an elastic beam, in Banach spaces. |
