线性啁啾光栅结构参数优化的定量研究方法

摘    要:本文用统计二阶矩定量描述了光栅色散的振荡行为,并定义了一个品质因数来定量衡量光栅特性的优劣。进而又计算了最佳的光栅结构参数和相应的各种特性,结果表明该定量计算方法是一种新的有效优化线性啁啾光栅的方法,它能为制造和应用这类光栅提供参考数据。

Abstract:In this paper the oscillition behaviour of dispersion is quantitatively discribed by use of the statistic second order moment,and then a quality factor is defined to show wether the grating characterstics are the good or the bad for the first time.The structure parameters of grating are optimized using this quality factor.The results show that this calculation method reported here is a new efficient optimization method and is able to provide reference data for manufacturing or applying this linearly chirped grating.
