| 摘 要： | “一带一路”倡议以能源合作为关键领域之一,中国将“加强能源基础设施互联互通合作,共同维护输油、输气管道等运输通道安全”作为重点工作。利用社会网络分析方法,计算网络中心性,分析合作“中心—边缘”特性。研究发现“一带一路”沿线国家石油贸易网络密度较高,石油贸易关系紧密,石油贸易合作区域分布性较强,具有明显的核心—边缘结构特征,并提出相应的对策建议及预警机制。

| Abstract: | Energy cooperation is one of the key areas of“The Belt and Road Initiative”.China will focus on strengthening the interconnection and cooperation of energy infrastructure and maintaining the safety of transportation corridors such as oil and gas pipelines.Using social network analysis method,the centrality of network is calculated,and the“center-edge”characteristic of cooperation is analyzed.It is found that countries along the Belt and Road Initiative have a high density of oil trade network,a close oil trade relationship,and a strong regional distribution of oil trade cooperation,which has a distinct core-edge structure.And the corresponding suggestions and early warning mechanism are put forward.The study on the energy cooperation related to“The Belt and Road Initiative”will provide some references for China's future cross regional economic and trade cooperation and the establishment of a productive and investment cooperation zone. |
