基于LabVIEW的激光功率数据采集系统

摘    要:针对全固体激光器的长期功率稳定性检测问题,设计并实现了基于LabVIEW图形设计语言的激光功率数据采集系统。采用光电池制作的激光功率计来实现光功率到电学参量的转换,通过合理的选取激光功率计的滤光片、衰减片和毛玻璃,保证光电池工作在非饱和的线性区。使用STC89C52RC单片机对采集到的信号进行处理,计算机与单片机采用串口通讯,数据采集界面程序采用LabVIEW编写,最终实现了激光功率长期稳定性监测系统的设计、调试与制作。

Abstract:Based on LabVIEW graphic design language a data collection system for laser power is designed to solve the problem of diode-pumped all-solid-state laser long term stability of laser power.Laser power meter used to convert optical parameter to electric parameter is designed by silicon photocell.The filter,attenuation glass and ground glass have to be selected carefully in order to make the photocell work in the unsaturated linear region.A micro control unit of STC89C52RC is used to manage the signal.The computer communicates with micro control unit by serial mode.Data collection interface is programmed by LabVIEW.The data collection system for the long term stability of laser power is realized at last.
