摘    要:以CeO2为载体,用浸渍法制备了不同负载量的磷钨酸催化剂,并且考察了催化剂光催化脱色甲基橙溶液的催化性能。结果表明:磷钨酸最佳负载量为9%(质量分数);光催化剂加入量为300mg/100mL;在较低浓度下,甲基橙溶液的光催化脱色反应符合一级动力学方程;H3PW12O40/CeO2与TiO2具有相同的催化性能;催化剂再生后活性可恢复至65%。

Abstract:12-phosphotungstic acid ( PW) catalysts supported on ceria with various PW loadings were prepared by the impregnation method , and characterized by X- ray diffraction, acid strength and nitrogen adsorption techniques. The loaded phosphotungstic acid was used to decolorize the methyl orange solution with ultraviolet radiation. The effect of catalyst quantity and the initial concentration of the methyl orange on decolorization efficiency of the solution were investigated. The results indicate that when the maximum loading of PW is 9 % by mass and the quantity of the phosphotungstic acid is 300mg/100mL; the decolorization efficiency of the methyl orange solution is the highest; the photocatalytic decolorization of the methyl orange is a first order kinetic equation at lower initial concentration. The prepared photocatalyst has the same photocatalytic performance as TiO2.The deactivated photocatalyst has 65% photocatalytic activity of the fresh catalyst after treatment.
