Optical and photoelectrical properties of glassy GeS x

Absorption edge, index of refraction, density and spectral dependence of the photoconductivity were measured on amorphous layers of stoichiometric GeS and on glasses GeS_x (1<x<2). An attempt is made to estimate the product of the mobility, lifetime and quantum efficiency for=0·9 m and=1·54 Å.Presented in part at the Int.
