| 摘 要： | 根据篮球运动竞赛的特点,采用文献资料法、观察统计法、专家访谈等方法从裁判员执裁经验、裁判员心理素质、裁判员对规则和裁判法的掌握等方面进行分析探讨,旨在找出影响篮球裁判员执裁水平的因素,以明确优秀篮球裁判员能力发展的要求。

| Abstract: | According to the characters of basketball action, the essay discusses and analyses the experience, diathesis grasping basketball rules and judging legal of basketball referees using the method of document, statistics and interviewing experts. The purpose is to find out the factor of affecting the standard of basketball referees and fit in with the needs of developing excellent basketball referees in new period. |
