| Abstract: | The thermoluminescence of electroluminescent ZnSCu-phosphors was measured after electrical excitation and its spectral distribution was determined for the temperature of the glow peaks. Though the electroluminescence of the investigated powders showed a blue and a green emission band there was only a green emission to be observed in the thermoluminescence above 130°K. This effect can be explained using the theory of hole migration. |
