摘    要:本文讨论了火焰炉内的总热交换量。论证冲击喷流是强化炉内对流传热的一种有效措施,被加热物料的黑度越小,它在强化传热中的作用越大。冲击喷流条件下的对流给热系数决定于Re准数和几何参数S/d、H/d。工业炉应用喷流换热,不但可增加炉子产量,而且可以降低燃料消耗。

Abstract:Based on the discussion on the total amount of heat exchang in flame furnace,the jet impingement is referred to as an effective measure to intensity the heat convection in furnace.It is shown that the smaller emissivity of stock to be heated, the greater its intensification effect in heat transfer. The heat transfer coefficient due to convection, under conditions of jet impingement, depends upon Reynold number Re and the geometric parameters concerned. The application of jet impingement in industrial furnaces is full of promise, not only to increase output, but to reduce the fuel consumption.
