| Abstract: | The 15th Conference of the C.C.P.C. has confirmed another 3-step objective of development for the Party in the new era.During the specific period in history,how to strengthen the construction work of the ruling party is worthy of deep consideration of every cadre of our Party.This article states the most essential issue of the Party's construction in the new period from the following three aspects:the basis of the Party's construction,the routine working regularities of the Party,and the foundamentality of anti-corruption and anti-contagion. |
