广柑渣多级利用的工艺研究

摘    要:利用榨汁后的广柑渣酿洒,每100kg可产15度酒16kg;其酒糟加入17%稻草粉栽培平菇,生物效率达48%;采菇后的菇渣代替30%基础日粮饲喂奶牛,日产奶率可提高132~492kg

Abstract:Cut P.hortorum Bailay flowers have held in No 1 and 2 longeval agent containing properly concentration sucrose and STS(silver thiosulfate).The experiments showed that No 1 and 2 longeval agent treatment can increase reductive sugar and protein content,slow the rate of protein decomposition,reduce total free amino acid content of the cut P.hortorum Bailay flower.Meanwhile,the longeval treatment can aslo delay peroxidation of membranes lipids,decrease in MDA content and relative permeability in flower,maintain structural integrity of membranes and delay senescence of the flowers.The longeval treatment can increase fresh weight of flower,maintain higher blooming ratio,decrease wilting ratio than deionized water,and lasted the vase life of out P.hortorum Bailay.The results proved the No 1 of longeval agent has better effect than No 2,but both kinds of agent are better the deionized water.
