| Abstract: | The continuous eigenvalues of the Lippmann-Schwinger operatorK(W)=G 0 (W)·V at real negative energyW are investigated. It is shown that for energies in the stability region of the system the continuous spectrum is located inside the unit circle. As an application of this result a method for computing the groundstate energy of a threenucleon system is described. |
