An analysis of Moire deflectometry by physical optics method |

| Abstract: | In this paper,the operating principle and characteristic of Moire deflectometry are analysed strictly on the basis of physical optics meshod,some new and strict conclusions about Moire deflectometry are obtained.The conclusions are confirmed by experimental results. |
