Quantum Gravitational Effects on Tunneling Rate of Reissner-Nordströum Black Hole Emission and Generalized Second Law

Abstract:The semi-classical black hole tunneling radiation (Parikh-Wilczek tunneling proposal) is calculated under a minimal length uncertainty analysis. It is
shown that, the generalized second law of thermodynamics may bound the tunneling probability radiation of a Reissner-Nordström black hole radiation.
