VM-1500热真空试验箱的研制

热真空试验箱是用来模拟太空的真空、冷黑及太阳辐照环境,完成卫星的热平衡、热真空试验,满足卫星研制需要的关键地面大型试验设备。文章概要介绍了研制的一台VM-1500有效试验空间为1200mm×1600mm的空间模拟器的组成、采用的模拟技术、调试及使用情况。使用结果表明:该设备的各系统运行稳定、可靠,模拟室的真空度、热沉温度、温度测量系统等均能满足卫星整星热真空试验的要求。

Development of VM-1500 thermal vacuum test table

Thermal vacuum test table is a large-scale ground test facility to simulate the satellite environment of vacuum,cold-black and solar radiation in the space in order to carry out the thermal balance and thermal vacuum tests for the development of the satellite.The composition,simulation technology,debugging and service conditions of the space simulator VM-1500 with an effective test volume of 1200mm×1600mm are presented,were developed.The results show that the systems of the facility work reliably and the performances of the vacuum,contamination,sink temperature and temperature measurement system can meet the requirements of the vacuum thermal test.
