| 摘 要： | 根据区域水源情况由于各地区的地形、地质、水文地质等条件存在差异，以及区域地下水资源开发利用规划管理特点不同，决定了它存在一定程度的不确定性和不准确因素的情况，探讨了区域地下水开发利用的可持续性理念，以及造成不可持续的原因及其后果，并提出了进行地下水不可持续的风险定量分析的可行方案．

| Abstract: | Owing to different geomorphological, geological, and hydrological conditions of different regions and different characteristics of planning, management, development, and utilization of regional groundwater resources, the regional water source has certain indeterminateness. Based on the fact, a discussion is made on the concept of sustainable development of regional groundwater and some affecting factors and their consequences, and schemes for quantitative risk analysis of unsustainable development of groundwater are proposed. |
