| 摘 要： | 目的:观察选择性动脉内药物灌注治疗系统性红斑狼疮并发股骨头坏死早期的中长期疗效.方法:10例系统性红斑狼疮经糖皮质激素后,依据Steinberg分期确诊为I～ⅣB期的股骨头缺血性坏死的患者,均采用选择性旋股内动脉、旋股外动脉、闭孔动脉内灌注治疗,随访6至8月,Harris评分评价其治疗效果.结果:10例患者均有长期的疼痛减轻、患肢活动范围改善和无痛行走距离增加.结论:选择性动脉药物灌注治疗是有效的治疗早期激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的保守疗法.
