| 摘 要： | 分析了中国煤炭工业可持续发展的现状，从资源管理方式、煤炭价格构成、产业集中度等方面，揭示了影响煤炭工业可持续发展的价格构成和管理制度方面的缺陷。指出煤炭工业要实现可持续发展，必须实现价格构成的完全成本化和资源管理方式上的完全市场化，进而提出了促进煤炭工业可持续发展的相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | This article had analyzed the present situation of sustainable development of the coal industry, in China from some aspects, such as the resource management way, the coal price constitution, the estate together degree and so on, the price constitution and the control system flaw which influence the sustainable development of coal industry had been promulgated, to point out if the sustainable development of coal industry were realized, the complete cost of price constitution and the complete marketability of resource management way must be realized, and the related policy proposals were put forward in the sustainable development of the promotion coal industry. |
