| Abstract: | A full version of author’s concept 1] of the developed spatially inhomogeneous chaos and turbulence is presented. A model of the structure of turbulent motion phase space is suggested. Cases when the developed turbulence follows the Euler hydromechanical paradigm or falls outside of its scope are discussed.
