Abstract:Summary. 1H and 13C NMR signal assignments derived from 2D NMR experiment based correlations are presented for 22-deoxocucurbitacin D and cucurbitacin D. Both derivatives have been isolated from Ecballium elaterium L. (Cucurbitaceae).
