热平衡试验温度稳定判据研究

摘    要:航天器的热平衡试验持续时间长,费用巨大,缩短热平衡试验时间能够有效的缩短航天器开发周期和节约研制费用。在航天器的热平衡试验中温度稳定判据给出了结束试验的条件。本文对应用和不应用温度外推结果的两种温度稳定判据做了简要介绍,详细比较了应用这两种不同温度稳定判据时的试验结果和持续时间。结果表明热平衡试验中温度稳定判据应用了温度外推结果后能够在准确获得试验温度的同时缩短试验时间。

Abstract:Owing to the long duration and high costs of the thermal balance test (TBT) of the spacecraft, reducing the time of TBT can obviously lessen the development costs and the research periods of the spacecraft. The condition completing the TBT is mainly given by the criterion of the temperature stabilization. Two criteria of the temperature stabilization, which use or not use the temperature extrapolated results, are briefly introduced. The TBT results and duration, using these two different criteria, are detailed contrasted. The contrast indicates the temperature stabilization criterion, which utilizes the temperature extrapolated results, can obtain the accurate temperature and shorten the TBT duration.
