| 摘 要： | 先将输入向量采用偏最小二乘法进行成分分析，再与ＢＰ神经网络法相结合，用于测定甲硝唑，头孢唑啉钠，维生素Ｂ６三给分。三给分的平均回收率及ＲＳＤ分别为９９．３％，０．７１％；９９．１％，０．９３％；９９．３％，２．８％。

| Abstract: | A new algorithm of BP neural network was proposed by combining partial lest squares method.The method allows data to be preprocessed in order to obtain a reduced network input space by using principal component analysis.It was applied to simultaneous determination of metronidazole cefazolin sodium and vitamin B 6 in injection. |
