摘    要:纳米氮化硅具有很高的化学稳定性、耐高温性能、良好的机械性能及优异的介电性能(高介电常数、高介电强度)犤9犦,在许多领域有着广泛的应用。作为一种重要的陶瓷材料,目前对它的表面改性大多是采用烧结助剂包覆氮化硅粉粒,提高烧结助剂在氮化硅浆料中的分散程度及浆料的流动性,

Abstract:An available surface modification process of nano-Si3N4 was given using KH-560 as modifying agent and ace-tone as dispersion medium. Nano-Si3N4 suspension was of the greatest stability when the nano-Si3N4 powder was modified with proper amount of KH-560, which was 1%(wt) of the amount of nano-Si3N4 powder. Elements of C, O and Si were detected on the surface of the modified nano-Si3N4 powder by means of XPS. The TEM of the sus-pension showed that the average particle size of nano-Si3N4 became smaller and dispersibility of nano-Si3N4 was improved in the medium of acetone when the nano-Si3N4 powder was modified with proper amount of KH-560. The results obtained showed that KH-560 had been bound on the surface of nano-Si3N4 particles.
