摘    要:采用反应注射成型法制备了聚双环戊二烯(PDCPD)材料,力学性能测定结果表明所得材料具有较高韧性和刚性.利用MM-200摩擦试验机考察了PDCPD材料在干摩擦和液体石蜡润滑下的摩擦学性能,结果表明:干摩擦条件下,负荷在一定范围内时材料呈现黏着磨损,而当负荷较高时,发生严重的机械切削和塑性变形,呈现类似于疲劳磨损的磨损方式;液体石蜡润滑条件下,材料呈现典型的磨粒磨损,在所研究的负荷范围内表现出优良的摩擦学性能.

Abstract:PolydicycloPentadiene ( PDCPD ) was synthesized through reaction injection molding . The results showed that it possessed high toughness and rigidity. The tribological properties of PDCPD under both dry sliding and oil - lubricated conditions were studied using a MM-200friction and wear tester. And the results showed that wear of PDCPD was dominated by adhesive wear at low loads under dry sliding , however , at high load severe mechanical cutting and Plastic deformation appeared . The wear mode was similar to fatigue wear . Under oil-lubricated condition , wear of PDCPD was dominated by typical abrasive wear , and PDCPD presented excellent tribological propertie
