摘    要:以苯酚(phenol)和对甲苯磺酸(para toluene sulfonic acid,PTSA)的混合物为模拟样品,毛细管电泳检测了苯酚体中的对甲苯磺酸。考察了磷酸缓冲溶液的浓度和pH对分离的影响,选择性桂皮酸作为内标法和标准曲线法得到了对甲苯磺酸在50mg/L苯酚基体中的标准曲线,其线性范围为1.25-12.5mg/L(R=0.9999),检测限为0.75mg/L(S/N)=3,讨论了毛细管电泳中的基体效应,并应用标准加入法测定了4个实际样品。

Determination of p-Toluene Sulfonic Acid in Phenol Matrix by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis with Ultraviolet Detection
Abstract:The p toluene sulfonic acid (PTSA) in phenol matrix was separated and determined by capillary electrophoresis with ultraviolet detector. the effect of the concentration and pH of the buffer on separation was investigated. Cinnamic acid has been chosen as the internal standard from four compounds, the calibration curves of PTSA in 50 mg/L phenol matrix were obtained with and without the internal standard. The linear range was from 1 25 to 12 5 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0 9999 for both curves. The limit of detection of PTSA was 0 75 mg/L at 3 times of S/N . Finally, the concentration of PTSA in four synthesized samples was determined with method of standard additions, and the effect of matrix was discussed. The values of PTSA in these samples were 1 01, 0 94, 1 56 and 0 00 mg/L respectively.
