基于吸附制冷的微型冷热电联供系统实验研究

摘    要:设计并建成一套小型燃气内燃机和高效余热吸附制冷机相结合的微型冷热电联供实验系统,对其在不同工况下的运行参数和特性进行实验研究,分析了联供系统的节能经济性。联供系统可以同时提供峰值发电量12kW,峰值制冷量9kW或峰值供热量28kW。结果表明联供系统热电联供节能性优于冷电联供,热电联供一次能源利用率均在70%以上.当天然气价格为1.8元/Nm~3和电价0.61元/kWh时,系统投资回收期低于4年.

Abstract:A micro-CCHP system with smaller gas engine and adsorption chiller has been originally designed and set up,and an experimental investigation of the performance of the system is described, including energetic and economic feasibility analysis.The micro-CCHP system can supply electricity load of 12 kW and cooling load of 9 kW or heat load of 28 kW simultaneously.The overall thermal and electrical efficiency is over 70%,which is higher than that of the cooling and power cogeneration. With respect to energy prices at present(natural gas price is 1.8 RMB$/Nm~3 and electric price is 0.61 RMB$/kWh),the payback period of designed micro-CCHP system is below 4.0 years.
