| Abstract: | Background Inulosucrase (IslA) from Leuconostoc citreum CW28 belongs to a new subfamily of multidomain fructosyltransferases (FTFs), containing additional domains from glucosyltransferases.
It is not known what the function of the additional domains in this subfamily is. |
