| 摘 要： | 本文首先论述了信息化的理论涵义,在此基础上从国内流行的第二次现代化理论入手,分别就信息化对于我国各省市区第一、二次现代化的促进作用进行了相关实证分析,阐明了我国现阶段以信息化促进现代化、走以信息化带动工业化的新型工业化道路的理论意义及其必要性。

| Abstract: | Firstly,this paper reviews the theoretic meaning of Informatization.Secondly,in the light of the Second Modernization Theory,it elucidates that informatization can promote not only the first but also the second modernization process of one region on the basis of correlation analysis powered by lots of authoritative data.In conclusion,this paper emphasizes the significance of accelerating the Informatization process of China. |
