三电平大功率变频器故障诊断方法研究

三电平逆变器作为多电平逆变器的一种,在高压大功率场合获得了较为广泛的应用。但是功率器件的增加,提高了系统的故障率,因此,如何保证系统稳定运行便成为了一个重要研究的问题。本文针对三电平大功率变频器,通过理论分析和仿真,详细分析了主电路中的各功率器件在开路故障时的电路工作情况,故障典型特征及具体表现形式,并总结出了故障诊断规则。最后,基于三电平大功率变频器,对功率器件的开路故障进行了实验。实验结果进一步验证了对功率器件的故障分析及仿真结果。
