吐纳麝香合成及工艺优化

摘    要:通过改变催化剂的组成和反应时间(70 min),混合催化剂n(无水AlCl3)∶n(浓H2SO4)=10∶1,吐纳麝香中间体1,1,3,4,4,6-六甲基四氢化萘(HMT)的合成产率达到86%;产品通过用无水乙醇饱和溶液低温结晶法,取代了原合成单元操作中的减压精馏和重结晶操作,使吐纳麝香(AHMT)合成总产率达到80%。该技术过程简单,实施方便,有效地降低了产品吐纳麝香的生产成本,实现了对吐纳麝香的合成工艺优化。

Abstract:By changing the composition of catalyst for a benefited synthesis reaction of an intermediate of 1,1,3,4,4,6-hexamethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene(HMT),n(AlCl3)∶ n(H2SO4) =10∶1,with the reaction time 70 min,the yield of HMT was 86%.Tonalide Musk(AHMT) was purified by low temperature crystallization of saturating ethanol solution,which replaced the previously distillation and recrystallization operation.The total yield of perfume production was 80%.The synthestic technology of AHMT is optimized.
