激光荧光分析法测量痕量金

摘    要:用波长530nm的激光为激发光源,照射AuCl_4]-罗丹明B络合缔合物的异丙醚溶液,产生587nm波长的荧光。检测极限为0.01ng/ml,0~1.6ng/ml标准曲线相关系数达到0.9995。

Abstract:The complex association compound of AuCl_4]~--rhodamine B in iso-propyl ether is exited by using wavelength of 530nm laser to emit the fluorescence of 587nm wave length.
