FAAS法测定豫南板栗中的微量元素

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)对河南信阳地区产的板栗中的Cu、Fe、Zn、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cd和Pb进行了测定。结果表明,其Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn等元素的含量都比较丰富,未检出Cd和Pb。数据显示相对标准偏差为0.30%-3.92%,回收率为96.8%~102.5%,该法快速、简单,结果可靠,为进一步探讨豫南板栗的药用价值提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Trace elements of Cu, Fe, Zn, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cd and Pb in Castanea molissima Blume were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS). The result showed that the content of calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc was abundant, while Cd and Pb were not found in the samples. The relative standard deviation of this measurement was 0. 30% - 3.92%, the recovery rate of samples was 96. 8% - 102. 5%. The method has good precision and accuracy , and the results provided .theoretical basis for the effect of Castanea wolissima Blume medicine.
