低功率半导体激光在康复与治疗中的应用

目的:本文主要根据我院(校)多年的临床和基础的研究所得,阐述了低功率半导体激光在康复与治疗中的疗效和应用。并从动物的中枢到外周和人体血浆中的多种神经递质中,初步探讨了其作用的机理和依据。方法:本文主要应用GaAlAs的半导体激光,其波长为650或810-830 nm,CW,功率有10或30mW,照射方式主要以外照射结合我国传统的穴位进行照射治疗为主,个别为血管内照射方法。照射时间一般为30分钟。其临床疗效的观察指标与方法将根据不同对象和要求而定,详见相关的参考文献。结果:经我院(校)多年来的观察,发现在抗炎、创伤愈合及镇痛、心脑血管疾病、免疫功能以及抗衰老等方面,均有显著的疗效,。其机理认为:可能通过激光的照射机体某些特定的部位或穴位后,能引起机体从中枢到外周,影响到一系列神经递质的变化,例如:多巴胺或去甲肾上腺素或5-HT或肽类神经递质等等的变化。这些神经递质继而影响到机体多种功能上的调节或变化。从而产生诸如:心血管,免疫,抗炎,镇痛等等方面的疗效。这些无疑均有益于一般常见病或老年病患者的康复和治疗。结论:提示低功率半导体激光对康复和保健以及临床治疗中,均具有广阔的应用前景。

The Application of Low Power Diode Laser on Health Recovery & Senile Disease

Objective: An application of low power diode laser on health recocery and senil disease were summarised by our experiments and practices in these years.The curative effects were observed and the mechanism were studied by theprimary assay on the transmitters.Methods: The diode(GaAl As) 650 or 810-830 nm,CW,10 or 30 mW,15-30 min were used usually in our researches.The acupoints were used ordinarily.The ILIB were used in some of the studies.The indicatiors were examined differently according their objects and demands(see reference relatively).Results: A curative effects were seen on healing,Anti-inflammation,cerebral and cardio-vascular disease,immuno-function,healthy recovery and anti-senile etc.The mechanism of these effects had been postulated.In which the neurotransmitters was changed in clinic and experiments,after the low power diode laser irradiated.So the function of cardiac vascular,immunity,anti-inflammation,anti-senile or analgesia etc would be modulated by these neurotransmitters,such as DA,NA,5-HT and peptide transmitters.Conculusion: The low power diode laser is a useful tools on the senile diseases and healthy recovery,and has a wide perspectives.
