Ni3Fe的环境氢脆研究

摘    要:研究了有序和无序态Ni3Fe在室温下不同气氛(air、O2、H2)中的力学性能。结果表明,环境对无序态Ni3Fe没有脆化作用;对有序态Ni3Fe,空气脆化效应不明显,而H2却有强烈的脆化作用,且随形变速率降低而增加。扫描电镜观察表明:无序NiFe在不同气氛中断裂时全部为韧性断口;有序Ni3Fe在H2中全部为沿晶断口,在空气和O2中表现为沿晶和穿晶的混合断口。

Abstract:The mechanical propertiesof ordered and disordered Ni3Fe in variousatmosphere ( O2 ,air, H2 ) at ambient temperature have been investigated.The results show that there is no moisture- induced environmental embrittlement for the disordered Ni3Fe when tested in air.As for the ordered Ni3Fe,the embrittling effect of air is still not appreciable.However,the ordered Ni3Fe is very sensitive to gaseous H2 - induced environmental embrittlement,and the embrittlement becomes more severe as the strain rate decreases.The fracture surface observation shows that the fracture modes of disordered Ni3Fe in the above three environments assume ductile transgranularity.However,the fracture mode of ordered Ni3Fe changes from predominantly intergranular to a mixed mode of intergranular and transgranular fracture as the testing environment changes from H2 to air and O2 .
