摘    要:作者探讨了企业管理人员的素质评价问题,提出了一个可持续发展指数的概念,企业管理人员的可持续发展指数不仅取决于个人的素质,还与企业的发展速度、经济效益等因素紧密相关。作者建立了该指标体系的一种评价方法。这种定量化的管理人员素质评价方法将有助于创建一个民主,平等,宽松的环境,并激烈管理人员不断进行自我提高和完善。

Abstract:The quality evaluation of managers in enterprises is discussed. A concept of sustainable developing index for managers in enterprise is proposed. The index is decided not only by personal ability but also by developing speed and efficiency of one's organization. An evaluation method of the index is established. This will help to create a democratic and equal environment as well as to initiate managers to make progresses continuously.
