A Model of Sustainable Development to Evaluate Managers in Enterprises

The quality evaluation of managers in enterprises is discussed. A concept of sustainable developing index for managers in enterprise is proposed. The index is decided not only by personal ability but also by developing speed and efficiency of one's organization. An evaluation method of the index is established. This will help to create a democratic and equal environment as well as to initiate managers to make progresses continuously.
