Limits on stability of positive molecular ions in a homogeneous magnetic field

The problem of stability of positive diatomic molecular ions with the nuclear chargesZ ₁ andZ ₂ andN electrons in a homogeneous magnetic fieldB is studied forZ ₁,Z ₂,N,B. The conditions of instability are obtained for different relations amongZ ₁,Z ₂,N andB.
