摘    要:甘蔗分蘖期叶面喷施 30 0mg/L硝酸稀土溶液 ,以喷清水作对照 ,应用同位素示踪技术和生化分析进行研究 .结果表明 ,稀土元素处理能促进甘蔗根部及叶片对磷素 (3 2 P)的吸收和向外运转以及在生长旺盛部位的累积 ,能促进甘蔗体内无机磷向有机磷的转化 .伸长盛期喷施 30 0mg/L硝酸稀土 ,甘蔗 1叶全磷量显著增加 ,表明分蘖期后一定时期内喷施稀土仍然具有一定的生理效应 .

Abstract:The effects of rare earth elements on the absorption, translocation and metaboli sm of phosphorus were studied by using radioisotope 32 P and bioche mical analysis. Foliar spraying sugarcane with 300 mg/L rare earth nitrates at t illering stage were carried out. The results showed that the absorption of 32 P from roots and from leaves, translocation from roots to shoots and from labelled leaves to other parts of the plant, accumulation in the growing o rgans and metabolic transformation of phosphorus compounds in leaves from inorga nic to organic were promoted. Spraying of rare earth nitrates at elongating stag e the total phosphorus content of leaves increased; it showed that the rare eart h elements still had effects even if the spraying was carried out in the time af ter the tillering stage.
