定位车驱动系统控制方式研究

摘    要:针对工作中定位车驱动变频电机同步性差,驱动电机频繁跳闸的情况,分析和探讨了其主要原因。在外部机械结构难以改善的特殊条件下,通过深入分析,最终将驱动电机的控制方式由原来的主从控制方式改为单对单控制方式,成功解决了驱动电机频繁跳闸的问题,消除了驱动齿轮打齿等重大机械事故,使设备运转良好。对类似工程项目的电气设计提供了可借鉴实例。
