黄瑞香生物活性二萜的研究

摘    要:从瑞香科植物黄瑞香的根和茎皮的乙醇提取物中分得一新的活性二萜,命名为黄瑞香丙素(1)和两个已知活性二萜,瑞香毒素(2),12-羟基瑞香毒素(3)及已知双香豆素(daphnoretin, 4),根据它们的光谱数据和衍生物数据确定其结构.1,2,3均具有刺激皮肤粘膜的作用.

Abstract:From the alcohol extract of the stem and root barks of the Chinese traditional medicinal plant, D. giraldii (Thymelaeaceae), a new bioactive diterpene, daphnegiraldifin (I), C43H60O9, white amorphous powder), was isolated in 0.00093% yield. Besides, two known bioactive diterpenes and a coumarin were also isolated and identified as daphnetoxin, 12-hydroxydaphnetoxin, and daphnoretin. Their structures were elucidated according to UV, IR, mass, and 1H NMR spectra and chem. evidence. I, daphnetoxin, and hydroxydaphnetoxin are skin irritants.
