| 摘 要： | 为探讨武山鸡的药用机理，对武山鸡的羽毛以下结缔组织的１１－２１种元素进行了ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法测定。结果显示，武山鸡羽毛毛中的钠、钡、铜、锌元素含量，结缔组织中的镁、锰、钡、锌等元素含量，均明显高于来亨鸡。

| Abstract: | In order to study on the medicinal mechanism of Wushan chickens, the content of 1lrv21 kinds of elements in feather and hypoderm of Wushan and Leghorn chickens was determined by lCP-AES method. The results show that the content of Na, Ba, Cu, Zn in the feather and the content of Mg, Mn, Ba, Zn in connective tissue of Wushan chickens are obviouslyhigher than those in Legl1orn chickens. |
