摘    要:研究发现,在0.12mol/L Na2HPO4-KH2PO4(pH7.5)底液中,双酚A于峰电位(Ep)-1.0V(vs.SCE)处产生灵敏的极谱还原波,该波的二阶导数峰电流(ip)与双酚A浓度在2.0-10.0mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0mg/L,萃取后测定,检出限为0.1mg/L。本法操作简便、快速、准确。用于食品包装材料中双酚A含量的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:It is found on the solution of 0.12 mol/L Na 2HPO 4-KH 2PO 4 (pH 7.5), bisphenol A produces a sensitive reduction wave on the dropping mercury electrode at the petential of E p -1.0 V(vs.SCE). Second order derivative peak current is proportional to bisphenol A concentration in the range of 2.0~10.0 mg/L. The detection limit is 1.0 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L for extraction with diethyl ether. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It has been applied to the determination of bisphenol A in food packaging materials. The result is satisfactory.
