| Abstract: | A novel method for optical image segmentation was suggested. The method is based on 0-order circular harmonic correlation. A window which is used to segment the object of interest can be obtained with thresholding and binarizing the correlation peak.This method is characterized by the invariant for shifting, rotating and scaling. The computer simulations were shown. |
