| Abstract: | Thioketones react with molybdenum hexacarbonyl in tetrahydrofuran (60–65°C, 2–3 h) to give molybdenum pentacarbonyl complexes in 52–80% yield. Geometric isomers were isolated in the case of thiocamphor. |
