| 摘 要： | 从心理学的角度简要介绍了人的认知心理过程，特别分析了人可能发生失误的原因，同时通过近几期对特殊岗位人员的培训，在了解和调研的基础上，总结了生产中容易出事故的个性特征和心理因素，有助于积极预防人员失误的产生。
