| 摘 要： | 为满足短流程高强度包装用钢带自动生产线的需要,结合某企业的生产现状,研制出基于PLC控制的包装钢带卷取机。介绍了卷取机机械设备和控制系统软硬件,给出了单卷和复卷卷取控制功能流程。生产检验证明,该机电一体化系统满足了自动化生产线的要求。
