| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种线阵ＣＣＤ新型驱动电路及设计方法。电路可以在不改变工作频率并在一定条件下完全由外部事件信号控制ＣＣＤ光积分时间与信号的转移。此技术特别适应于在满足一定外部条件下使信号转移的情况，并在ＣＣＤ扫描成像系统中获得成功应用。

| Abstract: | An advanced external signal control technology of the CCD integral time and its appli- cation are presented in this article. This technology has the strongpoint of controlling the integral time of the CCD by using external signal under the certain condition bus need not to change the frequency of the system. It has been successfully used in the scanning image-formation system. |
