偶联剂处理贝壳粉及其在增强聚乙烯中的应用

摘    要:分别采用硅烷偶联剂和钛酸酯偶联剂对贝壳粉活化处理,并对改性后的贝壳粉的接触角进行表征.通过熔融共混法制备聚乙烯(PE)/贝壳粉复合材料,并进行力学性能测试与表征.研究表明:经过偶联剂处理后的贝壳微粉能显著提高PE的缺口冲击韧性,冲击强度提高17%;钛酸酯偶联剂的处理效果较佳,当贝壳粉质量分数为3%时,缺口冲击强度最大,达到41 kJ/m2.

Abstract:Conch powder was treated by titanate and silane coupling agents respectively,and the contact angle of the modified conch powder was examined.Polyethylene(PE)/conch composite was prepared by means of melt blending,and the mechanical properties of the prepared composite were tested and characterized.The results indicated that the notched impact strength of PE was improved by 17% among which titanate was better.When the mass fraction of conch powder was 3%,the notched impact strength reaches the top of 41kJ/m2...
