| Abstract: | General features of degradation of polyacrylamide and its anionic and cationic derivatives under the action of radical degradative agents are considered. The molecular weight of these polymers can be controlled by varying the structure and concentration of the degradative agent and salt additions, the concentration, molecular weight, and composition of the initial (co)polymer, and the process temperature and time. |
